Important information regarding your purchase:

All requests for returns require a RMA number and must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your package. Should you want to return or exchange your item, simply log into your account and select: sign in/view orders. Next to the item you wish to return, select: "schedule a return". If you elect to do an exchange, the restocking fee is waived. You will be notified via email your RMA#. Your refund is processed within 72 hours upon receipt of return. A small 15% restocking fee on the value of the item will be applied when returning the merchandise to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, there is a $22.00 shipping & handling fee when doing returns. We must receive your return within 10 calendar days from the date you are issued the RMA# to receive a refund. All orders refused or returned without a RMA# are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We do not accept COD packages nor packages without the RMA#.

Merchandise will not be accepted for returns or exchanges without a RMA number and our approval. All returns must be shipped insured via UPS, USPS or Federal Express to the address provided to you and a signature required. We are not responsible for lost packages. Make certain your RMA# is written on the box and that you include your invoice with the item.
