Q. When will I receive my order? A. Dolce Bags ships all orders within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends & holidays) provided that the shipping and billing address are the same. Verification is necessary if the ship to and bill to address are different and may delay your order. Estimated arrival time depends on the shipping option you select. When your order ships, you will receive a Fed Ex tracking number that can be traced after 6:00 EST.
Q. Do you accept International orders? A. No. We only ship within the USA and Canada.
Q. May I receive the current promotion if I recently purchased a handbag? A. No. Our apology that we cannot honor this request. Prices and promotions change weekly. Prices cannot be changed once an order is placed. Promotions cannot be combined.
Q. Are all of your items featured available for purchase? A. Yes. If the item is on back order, it will state this during the check out process along with the ship date. Your credit card is not charged until we ship your order.
Q. I received my Fed Ex tracking number, but why can't I trace the number? A. Fed Ex picks up all packages at the end of the day and then scans the tracking numbers. The best time to trace your package is the following day after shipment.
Q. How can you sell your product at such discounted prices? A. Most luxury boutiques and large retailers charge approximately 3 times the actual wholesale price of the item. We are an Internet company only so our overhead is very low. Q. Do you offer wholesale or drop shipping? A. No. We do not offer this service.
Q. Is my personal information secure? A. Yes, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. All credit card transactions are processed through Authorize.net. We DO NOT see or store your credit card information in our system. All the large department stores use Authorize.net to process credit card transactions.
Q. How can I pay you? A. Dolce Bags accepts the following major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover. We also accept money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks (merchandise will be shipped once your check has cleared our bank). When using a credit card, make certain your billing address matches your billing address on file with your credit card company, or your order will be declined. If you are shipping to a different address other than your billing address, make certain you have this address on record with your credit card company or we will be unable to ship your order.
Q. Can I cancel my order? A. Yes. We will issue a credit to any and all cancellations requested before an item is shipped. All order cancellations my be sent to us at least 24 hours prior to shipping. The cancellation fee for this is 10% of the total sale price. This fee covers the cost of administration and credit card fees to process a refund. Orders cannot be canceled the same day of shipping. If your order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain a RMA# for the return. Orders must be cancelled via email: info@dolcebags.com
Q. How can I get more information on a particular product you are offering? A. Please email your specific questions to: info@dolcebags.com and we will respond to your email within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
Q. What if I cannot remember my password? A. Sign in on our home page and select the link: forgot my password, and we will email you a new password within minutes. Q. Can I apply more than one discount to my order? A. No. Our apology, but only one discount code can be applied per individual order.
Q. How much is your shipping charge? A. All shipping charges are listed at the time of check out. You may select the option that best suits your needs.
Q. Will you be getting more styles of the brands that you currently carry? A. Yes, please check back with us as new items are listed weekly. Q. How can I tell what size a handbag really is? A. Read the dimensions of the handbag, and use a tape measurer and compare it to a style you already have in your possession.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item? A. Yes, all requests for returns require a RMA number and must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your package. Otherwise, the sale and transaction becomes final.
Q. Why can't I locate your address on your website? A. We do not offer our address due to the solicitation mail.
