Shipping and Delivery Times

In-stock products: shipped within 7 days from the order date via express courier (GLS, FedEx, or UPS).
➤ Free shipping within Italy for orders over €300.

Products not available in stock at the time of purchase: delivery is expected within 10 business days.

Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered matches the number indicated on the shipping document;

• that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, and not altered in any way, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps);

• any damage to the packaging and/or product, or any discrepancies in the number of packages or information, must be immediately reported by noting it specifically on the delivery document, which must be returned to the courier.

In the event that the customer refuses the goods or if the delivery fails for other reasons (e.g., incorrect address and/or phone number of the recipient; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.), an amount will be withheld to cover the following costs: shipping + return shipping + customs fees for the return. The product price itself will be refunded
